Menu option 4 on the handset is the OutbreakVoice reporting flow. The village side of this screen never shows a product name — a household dials one number. An alert always terminates with the State Epidemiologist and the NCDC, never with the implementing organisation, and no signal concerning a neighbouring country is ever issued by a private party.

This is a demonstration. All reports, names and scores on this screen are simulated and no data leaves this page. Hausa and Yoruba are translated; Kanuri, Fulfulde and Tiv carry a partial pack and fall back to English — all six need native-speaker validation before any live use. Community coordinates are indicative pending georeferencing with BCDA, the National Boundary Commission and NASRDA. The surveillance scenario is a constructed illustration of the detection logic — not measured performance. OutbreakVoice is currently a workflow prototype; the statistical detection layer is proposed, not built.
